New Platform Release: Enhancing UX, Reducing Friction & Driving Conversions

Following analysis from our previous release, which introduced enhanced registration reporting, we’ve implemented a range of user experience improvements to the registration process.

Promoted Filters for Improved Product Discovery

We’ve introduced the ability to highlight key filters at the top of category pages. These can be set up manually or automatically using order data, ensuring the most relevant options are surfaced first.

By making filters more visible and accessible, customers can find what they’re looking for more quickly, improving engagement and increasing the likelihood of conversion.

Automated Add-to-Cart Recommendations

Our enhanced add-to-cart functionality now includes automated product recommendations based on “frequently bought together” data.

This removes the need for manual setup while keeping recommendations relevant and up to date. It’s a simple but effective way to encourage additional purchases, increase basket size, and drive incremental revenue.

Improved reCAPTCHA Experience

We’ve refined the way Google reCAPTCHA is displayed across sites, giving greater control over its positioning and visibility to make it less intrusive.

By reducing unnecessary on-screen distractions, particularly on mobile devices, this update creates a cleaner browsing experience without compromising on security.

Enhanced Google Store Reviews Integration

This release also includes an upgrade to the latest Google store reviews badge and survey opt-in.

With new positioning controls and review request timing options, it’s now easier to showcase Google ratings, build customer trust, and strengthen purchase confidence, all while maintaining a seamless fit with the site design.
