Using a performance-based business model where we only get paid an agreed monthly percentage on the sales made, we work to improve your online sales working with you and managing and promoting your website through bespoke developments and marketing strategies.

All we ask for is a small set up fee to help contribute towards some of the initial development work for the e-commerce site and then we are invested in your business, only offering opportunities and guidance that we believe will increase your sales instead of selling you unnecessary extras.

We only grow when you grow and we often offer lower percentages as the monthly sales volume increases.

Website Hosting & Site Maintenance

Hosting and maintenance of the site is covered as part of our Partnership Agreement. This typically includes the management and cost of domain name renewals, SSL certificates and general site maintenance.

As a Vertical Plus E-commerce Partner, you will receive your own dedicated E-commerce Strategist who will provide valuable advice on advertising, optimisation and inventory. Our E-commerce Strategists are very experienced in driving e-commerce success. Our senior Strategists have on average 5 – 10 years industry experience. They will be your main point of contact with everything to do with your website.

Our E-commerce Strategists use a unique ten point plan to look at the areas of your website which create the most growth. Each Partner will get a report every month detailing the progress of the plan and will have the opportunity to have a detailed meeting with the E-commerce Strategist to identify the next growth opportunity and agree what work needs to happen next to move the site to the next growth level.

Vertical Plus also operates an easy to use ticket system so that all jobs are tracked.

We invest in a range of marketing solutions to ensure that your products or services are visible to the right audience, helping to increase conversions. These include paid campaigns, SEO for organic traffic, direct marketing, social media and branding to name a few.

We develop and review new paid advertising campaigns across a range of advertising mediums including AdWords, Bing and other selected channels.

We nurture existing customer relationships through direct communication and engagement at appropriate times to help resell, increase cart value or recommend the brand to each customer.
