With a rich history dating back to 1904, Lawsons is a family run company founded by Tom Lawson which originally supplied the Plymouth Dockyard and apprentice craftsmen. From then it continued to expand its product line including toys and homeware. After having to change location due to the store being bombed during the Blitz, Lawsons turned its range towards kitchenware in the 70s due to the rise in its popularity in the market. Expanding to now four stores across Devon, Lawsons is a trusted name that continues to supply excellent customer service and products that its customers love.
After venturing into e-commerce with their brand Lawsons, the business saw an opportunity when the team at Vertical Plus approached them with our brand Cake Stands. Offering a range of cake stands and baking accessories, Cake Stands seemed like a great extension of Lawsons.
We are thrilled to be working with a brand that holds such a rich history and experience in the kitchenware sector. We are currently working with Cake Stands to produce and sell a range of cake products from cake stands to cutlery, storage tins, cake toppers, tea pots, cups and more. An exciting venture awaits both teams and we look forward to growing this partnership.
